Too lazy to read the wikipedia article to find out what it is? Well sometimes I become "hypomanic", which means I become a lot more energetic, positive, confident and take more risks than usual. This is generally quite enjoyable for me, as you can imagine, but I can do stupid things (sleeping/eating very little, driving too fast, quitting a decent job for silly reasons, etc). Other times I might become "depressed" and/or "anxious" where I feel very low, negative, get little pleasure out of things and worry excessively about things that normally don't bother me. For me, these episodes tend to last between about 6 months and 2 years.

It can be a right pain in the arse but atm I think it's under control with medication *crosses his fingers*. Feel free to ask me about it if you want .. it's not something I'm ashamed or embarrassed about.
